Why Sweating is Good For You

Sweating can be embarrassing, in general because of the odor connected with it, and no one like to walk nearby with wet clothes. But in reality it should be nothing to get embarrassed about, as it is something that we all do, even though we are unaware of it. Some sweat more than others; men especially sweat more than women; and some sweat when they get nervous, scared, or angry.

Most people would like to never sweat again, and that is why their money is spent on buying up high-priced antiperspirants, deodorants, and body sprays. But these are not the answer; far from it.

Good Mental Health

Antiperspirants, and deodorants containing aluminum should be avoided at all costs. Antiperspirants block the pores in the skin, so the sweat cannot publish the harmful toxins; and deodorants containing aluminum are downright hazardous because the aluminum makes its way into the bloodstream and other parts of the body where it at last can cause many diseases.

Why Sweating is Good For You

Sweating should never be stopped, instead it should be promoted, or encouraged. A good work-out which makes the sweat drip down the face, and back is highly good for the body.

For one, sweat helps to eliminate harmful toxins from the body, which can cause many separate diseases over time. It cleans the pores in the skin, thus helping to reduce black heads and acne, which can also be just as embarrassing as sweating.

The body needs fresh water to help to replenish the cells within the body, and sweating helps to take off the old, or used water to make room for the new. Sweating also helps to control the body climatic characteristic in hot weather and while exercising; thus it prevents one from having a heat stroke.

Sweat in the palm of the hands help to get a better grip on things. Plus it helps to keep the skin soft and seeing young. It protects one from harmful toxins, or chemicals in the environment by diluting them with sweat as they come in caress with the skin. It produces an antibiotic called Dermcidin, which helps to kill harmful bacteria such as E. Coli, and Staphylococcus, and the yeast Candida albicans.

Sweating combined with rehearsal creates hormones which help to make you feel good, and beyond doubt acts a natural antidepressant. So you can see that the benefits of sweating far outweigh the embarrassment of it, and the next time you find yourself sweating, don't sweat over it, because it is perfectly natural, and without it you would most likely get very sick.
